Minutes for CEC2024

  1. Present on meeting: Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary
  1. Agreed to update contact ist if necessary to avoid sending mails to people who do not deal with CEC and miss those who do. Mercédesz has sent out current list.
  1. Rules for CEC 2024. One correction at point 5.4 5.4 CEC aggregate classification:

The 3 best places after elimination and final round, out of 4 competitions will be taken for the final awards. All in favor.

  1. Statistics show that participation on each other’s competitions in 2023 has improved from previous years.

1-st was Croatia with 22.8 participants in average ,2-nd was Hungary with 14.0 and 3-d was Slovenia with 12.3 participants not counted with own competition.

In 2023 we had participants from 13 countries totally.

  1. Date for competitions in 2024:

We agreed to have 4 legs in total 2024. All in favor

Leg1: Slovenia 27-th of April

Leg2: Croatia 29-th of June

              Leg 3: Austria 27-th of July (during the Olympics, but will not affect CEC)

              Final leg : Hungary 31-st of August (team competition on organizer’s choice.)
