The entry fee can be paid in cash on the spot or via bank transfer to the bank account of Kastélydombi SE HU88109180010000006510960067 with notification: ARCHERY CLUB and NAME of the competitor. Invoices will be issued afterwards for the entire club.
Lunch is available for 7,00 EUR. Please order lunch when you are sending registration for competition! Thank you! Buffet also available at the event.
We provide chilled water refill for participants. Reusable water bottles are recommended.
SCHEDULE:
08:00 – Gate open
08:00 to 09:00 Accreditation and equipment inspection
09:00 to 09:15 Opening ceremony
09:20 – 12:40 3 practice ends immediately followed by qualification rounds (20 min. break between the distances)
12:50 ‐ shoot off, if any
13:00 – Lunch time
13:40 – Awarding ceremonies of non-CEC categories
13:55 – Announcement of pairs
14:00 ‐ 3 practice ends immediately followed by individual elimination rounds and finals
approx. 18:00 Award‐ and closing ceremonies of the 5th Leg and aggregate results for 2025

AWARDS:
5th Leg – Medals for 1st to 3rd place in each division and class.
Aggregate CEC 2025 – Trophy and medal for the 1st place, medals for the 2nd and 3rd place in each division and class.
OTHERS:
All Rules, according to WA and CEC rules.
Smoking, using e-cigarettes, and consuming alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the course and in its
immediate vicinity during the competition.
Dress code: Participants should be dressed in national or club uniforms.

using Ianseo ScoreKeeper NG app. We will use wi‐fi on the field. We are kindly asking you to download the
